Job Title: Financial Analyst

Axelon Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the oversight of ISG Data Engineering technology book of work (investments and work efforts).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of analyses, compelling presentations, and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action.
  • Provide support in preparing materials and drive any necessary forums, such as program-related communication and analytics activities.
  • Develop process documentation, guidance, and organize additional training as required.
  • Write guidance documents and develop proposals, obtain stakeholder buy-in to move towards execution.
  • Prepare stakeholder updates and reporting.
  • Document clear takeaways or actions.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology specifically in Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning, Governance, and Reporting.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, e.g., has developed analysis and presentations that have been presented to management with minimal edits required.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong attention and willingness to get into detail.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially master's degree.
