About the Role

The Nilfisk Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with our dealers, dealer sales force, direct accounts, and end-users in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, dealer sales force, direct accounts, and end-users.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with dealers to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to maintain, develop, and grow all facets of the company's business with its customers.
  • Direct and participate in developing, motivating, and training the dealer sales force to effectively sell Industrial products portfolio.
  • Maintain a list of the largest end-users in the region and make daily sales calls to drive new project starts and increase company market share.
  • Effectively utilize all sales tools and sales resources to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or a related industry.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate maturity as a business professional and business acumen necessary to be successful in this position.
  • Strong selling skills, end-user account management skills, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required by this position.
