Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Leasing team at Pure Industrial. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support and play a vital role in marketing vacant spaces while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote vacant spaces and drive business growth.
  2. Brochure Preparation: Design and create high-quality brochures and visuals that showcase our properties and services.
  3. On-Site Display: Manage and maintain on-site displays, including signs, banners, and stickers, to ensure consistent branding.
  4. Digital Presence: Update information on our website and various digital platforms to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Lead Management: Receive and dispatch leads, extract and verify data, and transmit it to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Availability Updates: Maintain and update our availability list to reflect current market conditions.
  7. Vacant Unit Information: Gather and compile information specific to vacant units, including plans, photos, and brochures.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
  9. Meetings and Collaboration: Participate in internal and external meetings, coordinate with various departments and external collaborators, and request approvals as needed.
  10. Supplier Invoicing: Handle supplier invoices and ensure timely payment.
  11. Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing events that promote our properties and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
