Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at DIANE GHARIB. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with medication administration and management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
