Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Clinician. In this role, you will provide direct care services to clients presenting with complex mental health and substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and case management services to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to support client recovery and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current practicing registration as an RN or RPN with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to mental health and substance use.
