Facilities Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities within the HCLTech delivery center. This includes maintaining an efficient and functional facility, managing space allocation, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage closely with local HCL leaders to ensure facility operations meet the needs and requirements of the line of business.
  • Facility Management: Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, inventory of supplies, and coordination of Housekeeping.
  • Space Management: Ensure proper allocation/deallocation of seating for various HCL projects within the delivery center and management of the SMS system for all respective sites.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate vendors for installation of infrastructure services, repair and maintenance of existing systems, and retrofit of systems.
  • Visitors Management (Client/Employee): Coordinate conference room set up, food vendors/restaurants for deliveries, and new employee processing.
  • Policy and Certification Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulations, including ISO compliance, H&S Regulations, QCC surveys.
  • Health and Safety, Environmental: Maintain facilities in accordance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Emergency Management: Maintain local Emergency Management teams and train staff on Emergency Management Processes.
  • Security Management: Monitor security guard performance, coordinate guard deployment and duties, and document issues.
  • Site Financials: Maintain facility expenditures in line with portfolio budget, manage lease charge backs, and assist with annual capex-open budget exercise.
  • Facility Creation: Partner with the Facilities creation team for project management execution and due-diligence work.
  • Real Estate: Partner with the Real Estate team for site selection and smooth transition to Facilities Operations.
  • Logistics Management: Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail/packages, coordinate shipments, and process payments.
