Job Title: Optician Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Optician Assistant to join our team at Antoine Laoun Optician. As an Optician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist Opticians with pre-examination testing, including taking measurements and explaining procedures to patients.
  • Operate the POS system with accuracy and attention to detail, handling transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for interacting with patients, Opticians, and other team members.
  • Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
