About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Care Specialist to join our team at Supercare Nails & Spa. As a Nail Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
  • Consult with clients to determine their nail care needs and preferences
  • Apply and remove artificial nails and nail art
  • Clean, trim, and polish nails
  • Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions
  • Perform cashiering duties and schedule appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the nail care industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required
  • Hand-eye coordination and dexterity necessary
