BARTHOLOMEW BAKERY is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop and bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in supervising staff and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity under pressure.
