Job Summary:

As an Amusement Host at Cineplex, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests. This role involves operating major attractions, being an expert on gaming, and assisting guests with their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell games by showcasing game operations and creating a fun environment for guests.
  • Ensure games and stations are clean and well-maintained, and assist with restocking the Store.
  • Be a trusted resource for guests' inquiries and have a working knowledge of venue pricing for special events and promotions.
  • Host Birthday Parties and ensure washrooms and facilities are cleaned and up to standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must be the required age of majority or older for licensed venues.
  • Preferably have some experience with customer service.
  • Can complete tasks with attention to detail.
  • Have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate.
