Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and send invoices as needed.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week in a professional office setting.

Requirements: A secondary school graduation certificate is required, with experience an asset. English is the primary work language.
