Airline Ground Support Agent

Job Summary:
Airline Ground Support Agents play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe preparation of aircraft cabins for flights.
As a Cabin Service Representative at AGI Canadian Company, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin, replenishing supplies, and performing critical security checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft to ensure the highest level of safety and security.
- Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged to maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
- Restock in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags to ensure passengers have access to essential items.
- Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, replenishing supplies as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Empty lavatory tanks and refill as required to ensure the cabin remains in a safe and sanitary condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and the ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis to perform tasks that require physical strength.
- Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods, to ensure the efficient completion of tasks.
- Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise to maintain a high level of productivity.
Work Schedule:
AGI Canadian Company operates 24/7, requiring employees to work flexible schedules that may be adjusted to meet operational demands, such as flight delays or cancellations.
Applicants must be able to work on weekends and holidays, with strict adherence to company attendance policies enforced.
