Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Robins Donut as a permanent, full-time position. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced donut shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, emphasizing attention to detail and excellent oral communication skills.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Hire and supervise food service staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and promoting flexibility among team members.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, using data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety).
