Job Description

Pursuit Collection seeks a skilled Email Marketing and Automation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deploy email marketing collateral, including email strategy, design, audience segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Manage nurture sequence email programs, create visually appealing email templates, and analyze email metrics to improve conversions.
  • Leverage email and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences, create automation workflows, conduct A/B testing, and generate reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in email marketing and/or content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator.
  • Experience working with an email service provider platform, bonus points for Braze.

What We Offer:

  • $50,000 - $60,000 CAD salary range.
