We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Natu'oil Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to staff members.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, order materials, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Data Entry: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
