At 104 Liquor Bay, we are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
  • Permanent employment with 32 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
