Ultimate Yield Specialist

Job Summary:

The Ultimate Yield Advisor will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for Rack Petroleum. This position requires a strong understanding of agricultural practices and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to develop and implement customized crop management plans, leveraging expertise in soil science and plant nutrition.
• Conduct thorough field assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to customers.
• Work closely with the Ultimate Yield Research Team to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in crop yield optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention.
• Organize and host educational events, such as field tours and agronomic information meetings, to educate customers on best practices and new technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's of Science in Agriculture or a related field.
• Membership in good standing with the Soil and Industry Association (SIA).
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated sales ability and a self-motivated, goal-driven approach to work.
• Ability to relate well with growers and customers, with a strong focus on building strong relationships.

Location:

The successful candidate will be required to live in or near the communities of Wilkie, Unity, and/or Luseland.
