Humber River Health is seeking a Digital Learning Instructor to join our Digital Learning Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining system training environments, facilitating adult learning sessions, and ensuring staff are proficient in using our digital systems.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and delivering system training programs for new and existing staff;
  2. Maintaining system training environments to ensure accuracy and relevance;
  3. Facilitating adult learning sessions to promote staff proficiency;
  4. Evaluating staff performance and identifying areas for improvement;
  5. Collaborating with the Digital Learning Team to develop and implement digital solutions;
  6. Providing technical support and guidance to staff;
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices;
  8. Performing other duties as assigned.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, health sciences);
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in adult learning or a related field;
  3. Technical proficiency with MS Office and Visio;
  4. Experience with Meditech and/or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications;
  5. Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills;
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  7. Excellent attendance and discipline-free record required.
