Home Health Care Nurse with Wound Care Experience

We are seeking a passionate and caring Registered Nurse with weekend availability and wound care experience to join our team.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on location and experience)
Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality home health care services to our clients. This will include assessing client needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and providing ongoing care and support.
- Build relationships with clients and their families, providing empathetic and compassionate care that meets their unique needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent outcomes
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet the individual needs of each client
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client care, including progress notes, medication lists, and other relevant information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body as a Registered Nurse
- CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems
