Sales and Distribution Manager Job Description

Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with our sales strategy.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and driving sales growth.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, ensuring a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
