Cybersecurity Product Management Leader

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Product Management Leader to join our CTS Cyber Security business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy, vision, and execution plan for product development engineering of our growth product, DataBee

DataBee is a new SaaS security, risk, and compliance platform that was developed internally and used inside **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s SOC, and is now being made available for use by the Fortune 500 CISO customer base.

As a senior leader in the BU, you will stand up the product management function establishing objectives, policies, and procedures for product development. You also will be influential in creating a startup culture for the business unit, enabling and empowering your teammates to work in an agile fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owns the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the development of cybersecurity products within CTS Cybersecurity.
  2. Study the market landscape to incorporate strengths, competitive advantage, and differentiation into our plans for DataBee.
  3. Determine the technology alliances strategy and prioritization as part of the product roadmap.
  4. Develops budget and manages product objectives to ensure team remains in budget.
  5. Play a critical leadership role in the cross-functional commercialization effort around the product, particularly in the GA launch of the SaaS offering.
  6. Conducts post-launch assessment of newly implemented initiatives.
  7. Identifies potential competing/disruptive technologies or product substitutes and develops strategy to address as part of roadmap.
  8. Reviews and uses existing customer insights and prospective customer feedback to aid in innovation.
  9. Applies cybersecurity industry context and business vision to anticipate emerging products and markets and to develop winning product strategies.
  10. Incorporates broad industry knowledge to address complex, unusual, and critical issues.
  11. Demonstrates leadership versatility.
  12. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  13. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year.

Requirements
  • Experience as a cybersecurity practitioner in a SOC.
  • Experience selling Security Operations Center solutions as a sales engineer or field CTO / solution architect.
  • Experience managing, owning, or strongly influencing technology alliances and strategic partnerships for a security product, preferably one used in the Security Operations Center.
  • Experience working with risk, compliance, or other GRC products.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a roadmap for development of a SOC product and/or of its technical integrations/technology alliances.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SIEM solutions.
  • Experience working in a technical role at a SIEM vendor.
  • Demonstrated expertise bringing early-stage SaaS security solution for the large enterprise to market.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a start-up like environment as well as with larger companies.
  • Exceptional customer presentation skills, particularly in technical presentations.
