Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Product Management Leader to join our team at lululemon. As a key member of our Global Digital, OMNI & Retail Technology organization, you will be responsible for enabling innovative tools and solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance the in-store experience for retail teams.

In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of large and complex products in an agile environment, working closely with partners in Technology, UX, and Retail Operations. You will also have the opportunity to mentor a team of product managers and make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting, and emerging trends.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more mid-scale and mid-complexity products and sub-products.
  • Lead prioritization & sequencing sessions for features/themes and define prioritization frameworks.
  • Manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery.
  • Mentor a team of 3-5 product managers directly or as part of a larger organization within a single geography.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on Retail and Mobile applications.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience and ability to lead through direct reports (2-3), dotted line relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record of delivering and deploying large and complex products in an agile environment.
  • Experience collaborating with workforce management partners to plan for volume and labor implications.
  • Strong core consulting skills, including quality delivery, interpersonal, and cross-functional relationship skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package

The typical hiring range for this position is from $104,000 - $130,000 CAD annually. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
