Job Title: Senior Scientist, MSTG

Sun Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist, MSTG to join our team. As a key member of our process development team, you will be responsible for designing and executing process development studies, batch and process qualification activities, and preparing technical documentation to support development and validation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute process development studies, including process optimization and qualification batches.
  • Develop documentation packages, including process study, characterization, process qualification, and cleaning validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific problems and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality departments.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including master batch records and exhibit batch protocols.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, with a focus on solid oral dosage development.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing technology and equipment used in solid oral manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and statistical tools, such as Excel and Minitab.
