Investigate and Mitigate Fraud Risk

As a Compliance Professional at Sun Life Financial, you will play a key role in identifying and addressing potential fraud risks within our Disability Claims program. With a strong focus on investigation and mitigation, your work will help protect our clients' interests and ensure the integrity of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious claims activity, analyzing data and evidence to identify patterns and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance & Governance and Group Benefit Disability representatives, to share findings and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for internal staff and external partners to educate them on fraud prevention and detection techniques.
  • Analyze industry trends and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements to inform your investigative approach.
