Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expertise in quality assurance accountability and continuous quality improvement. They will ensure high-quality data and information is available for informed decision making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops and monitors evidence-informed key performance indicators to measure goals and objectives.
  • Leads the development of timely and accurate reports for management, including customized reports.
  • Ensures data analysis related to organizational efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Oversees research and evaluation, including research ethics applications and data collection.
  • Assists in implementing service practices that ensure public accountability.
  • Engages and develops people by creating a learning-focused team culture.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in business analysis, statistics, and research techniques.
  • Progressively responsible positions with experience in child welfare preferred.
  • Knowledge of child welfare legislation and CAS programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality assurance theory and statistical software.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $89,631 - $109,048 per year. We offer a competitive benefits package, reflecting our commitment to employee well-being and career growth.
