About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Strathmere Farm Inc. as a Sports and Recreation Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sports, fitness, and recreation programs and activities that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide expert advice and consulting services to support the design, development, and administration of our programs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of office and volunteer staff to ensure the successful delivery of our programs.
  • Prepare research papers, educational texts, and articles to support our program development and delivery.
  • Coordinate special events and activities that promote our programs and services.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
