We are seeking a highly skilled Image Desk Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in auto body repair, including knowledge of estimating software (Audatex and Mitchell) or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education in a related industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing damage, reviewing and monitoring appraisal compliance with the preferred vendor network and on remote repair facilities. They will also prepare estimates, negotiate with repair facilities, and ensure productivity and service quality.

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to attend our offices at least 2 days per week. Our company culture values diversity and strives to create an inclusive, accessible workplace where all individuals feel valued, respected, and heard.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an extensive benefits package, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for growth and development.
