Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at K.I.B. & VHEL SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
