At Maxworth Homes Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with a focus on administrative tasks, and excellent computer and technology skills, including MS Office. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
  • Delegating work to office support staff
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures
