This is an exciting interview opportunity to sell FedEx Canada's Freight services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers with a key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of FedEx Freight services and develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Additionally, they will be responsible for selling FedEx Express and Ground services to 'existing' FedEx Freight customers with the goal of enabling multi OpCo revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience in the LTL industry
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Regular overnight travel required (5-10%); valid Class G driver's license preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Pay transparency: The salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for the role.

The incumbent of this position is expected to operate in a PC Windows environment, have the ability to successfully complete all mandatory training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable, and work varying shifts based on business needs. If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, they must be bilingual (French and English). In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency must have a valid driver's license and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application.
