L&M Meat Distributing Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Meat Cutter to join their team. As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat to order for customers.
Responsibilities- Cut and trim meats to prepare for sale
- Process and package meat products for display
- Remove bones from meat and weigh products for sale
- Cut and prepare special cuts of meat to order
- Prepare fish and poultry for sale
- Operate manual cutting utensils and power grinders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail meat cutting environment
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
