Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vinayak Grocery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
