About the Role

Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our Benefits Consulting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of client service professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the Benefits & Pension Consulting senior management team to implement new products and processes that meet the strategic business plan and expectations.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise and updates on industry trends and guidance on complex topics.
  6. Ensure escalated client and practice issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business or management.
  2. 5 years or more of benefits experience or equivalent, preferably in a benefits consulting or insurance setting.
  3. Experience in leading and motivating high-performance teams and culture.
  4. Knowledge of MS apps, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  7. Superior organizational and time management skills with experience handling multiple priorities and requests.
  8. Highly focused with attention to detail and ability to collaborate well with others.
