As a Front of House Team Member, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our guests and colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare beverages, desserts, and assemble orders meticulously.
  • Teamwork: Work harmoniously with the team on a daily basis, striving to cultivate positive professional working relationships with colleagues.
  • Quality Standards: Uphold the company's established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Front of House Maintenance: Ensure front of house work areas are clean and tidy, assist with front of house dishes and equipment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Ability to make it to every shift on-time with consistency
  • Must be cheerful, enthusiastic, and excited about giving our guests REMARKABLE Service
  • Customer-focused mindset with compassion for colleagues, guests, and the restaurant
  • Perform physical activities such as lifting (up to 50 lbs.), balancing, bending, standing for long periods of time, walking, handling materials, boxes, equipment, pots, pans, and navigating shelving both high and low
  • Obtain Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of employment
  • Willing to work drive-thru (outside) all year long, including winter
