About the Team:

  • Member of the Participant Success Team on the Participant Experience Team
  • Reports directly to the Participant Success Manager
  • Responsible for executing participant success activities as directed
  • Collaborates with the Participant Experience team, other business units, and departments to assist and execute strategic tasks and projects
  • Collaborates with the Participant Success team to forecast, plan, and execute activities to meet placement targets
  • Identifies and communicates all critical issues to protect the integrity of our internal programming

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports Palette Skills programs and implements centralized participant success strategies and tailored program strategies
  • Designs, implements, and executes common job support activities in collaboration with the Participant Success Manager
  • Covers data collection and documentation as needed in coordination with the Research and Impact team
  • Monitors cohort-specific progress and communicates progress with Program Managers and Participant Success Manager
  • Contributes to meeting placement targets by executing participant success activities
  • Connects participants with wrap-around support as directed by the Participant Success Manager in consultation with the Partnerships team and Program Managers
  • Elevates participant success and behavior concerns to Program Managers and Participant Success Manager as needed
  • Executes intervention and accommodation plans in collaboration with the Programs team and Participant Success Manager
  • Manages participant success communications with assigned participants, including regular updates and responses to inquiries
  • Logs and documents participant interactions in CRM according to operating standards
  • Supports marketing efforts by identifying participant success stories
  • Creates a warm and professional environment for participants
  • Supports additional tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Located in Alberta
  • An empathetic listener who prefers inquiry-based problem-solving
  • Able to navigate conversations with tact and good judgment
  • Familiar with job search strategies and best practices (personal experience valuable)
  • A strong communicator in both verbal and written formats
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to documentation processes
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Passionate about contributing to an inclusive economy through fast-paced, mission-driven work
  • Familiarity with GSuite, Asana, HubSpot, Survey Monkey, or Slack
  • Bilingualism preferred
