Job Summary

EAGLE TECH RECYCLING LTD. is seeking a skilled Recycling Scale Operator to join our team. As a Recycling Scale Operator, you will be responsible for feeding and unloading production machinery and equipment, monitoring instruments on chemical formulation units, and performing various tasks to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed and unload production machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation units, adjusting processing machines and equipment as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Clean and maintain workspaces, including chemical processing machines and equipment, and production areas, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Measure, weigh, and load chemical ingredients following formulation cards, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Move, sort, and pile materials and products, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
  • Record production information, including data on chemical formulation, production levels, and equipment performance.
  • Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Assist in operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production.
  • Take samples of products and materials, analyzing data to inform production decisions.
  • Perform general laboring duties, including cleaning and organizing workspaces, as needed.
