About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist - Sewer and Watermain Expert to join our team. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.



Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing sewer and watermain deficiency projects from start to finish. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of the work crew to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues and resolutions
  • Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
