Executive Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position within the Government of Canada - Central, reporting directly to the organization's executive team.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive strategic objectives
- Establish and manage major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations
- Formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve organizational goals
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions to promote its interests
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to lead key teams
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to present complex information clearly
- Judgment and decision-making skills to navigate complex situations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
This role requires working on-site at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.
What we offerThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
