Store Operations Leader

As a Store Operations Leader, you will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute the store business plan. Your expertise will be crucial in driving profitable sales growth through various aspects of the store, including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You are responsible for supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of engagement.
- Sustain execution of performance goals and developmental plans for store team members.
- Implement strategies and processes using a customer-centric approach to drive results and boost store sales.
- Cultivate, hire, onboard, develop, and lead a team of managers and employees.
- Hold team members accountable for performance by providing teaching, coaching, and feedback opportunities to build capabilities.
- Take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility.
- Develop action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Perform Service Leader duties.
- Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
- Represent the brand and stay informed about the competition and retail landscape.
- Promote community involvement.
- Leverage an omnichannel experience to deliver seamless customer interactions.
- A current or former retail employee with 2-4 years of retail management experience.
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- A strong communicator able to effectively interact with customers and team members to meet goals.
- Dedicated to inspiring and mentoring others through coaching and leadership.
- Motivated by metrics to drive results that meet business objectives.
- Flexible to work varied schedules, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
- Organized and skilled at time management and prioritization to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with our business and the retail industry, with the ability to evolve store strategies to meet goals.
- Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, with the capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Travel requirements may apply.
- Ensures compliance standards are met.
