At Canfor, we are currently hiring Forestry Field Assistants to join our team in various locations across BC and Alberta.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hands-on work, dedicated to tasks, and collaborative in their approach. As a Forestry Field Assistant, you will be responsible for performing physically demanding fieldwork in a team environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills and enthusiasm to achieve high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have current or past enrollment in a forestry or natural resources management program, and/or relevant forestry work experience. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a valid Class 5 Driver's License, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $53,500 and $67,000 per year, reflecting the competitive pay and total rewards package offered by Canfor.
