At Aon, we're seeking a skilled Account Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. As an Account Specialist, you'll play a key role in assisting Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and undertaking client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes.

What You'll Do

  • Undertake client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Must hold a Broker's license, or obtain one within 4 months of start date.
  • Exemplary communication skills and ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
  • Performs general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties in support of client servicing.
  • Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.
  • Actively manages and supports the Aon 120-day renewal process.
  • Where applicable, serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.
  • Understands best practices and leverages available resources.
  • Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results, and Values.
