Pizza Nova is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR team to ensure they meet the organization's goals. Your duties will include directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, motivating staff, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and planning and organizing daily operations. You will also be responsible for advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements. Additionally, you will establish and implement policies and procedures, plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, manage training and development strategies, respond to employee questions and complaints, hire, train, and supervise staff, negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, provide customer service, conduct performance reviews, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
