Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Budget Specialist to join our team at CB Canada in Mississauga, ON. This is a permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 based on industry standards and location. As a Budget Specialist at CB Canada, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the advertising budget of up to $20M+, collaborating with the Advertising team to develop marketing materials, and establishing key relationships with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.

You will also be involved in financial management, budget tracking, and forecasting, ensuring that all advertising content is consistent and relevant for public and dealer consumption.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial, Budget Management: Manage the advertising budget, track expenses, and forecast future spending.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Advertising team to develop marketing materials, establish key relationships, and ensure consistency in advertising content.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as BCR tracking, monthly billing, coordinating vehicles for shoots, and executing/attending events.
  • Reporting: Contribute to the development of campaign post reports and monthly advertising summaries to monitor advertising campaign performance.

  • Web and social media savvy.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Skills

Automotive experience is an asset, and bilingualism (English and French) would be a definite advantage.
