Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Mount Revelstoke Alpine Chalets. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and performing supervisory duties.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient task completion.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support hotel operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
