Sushi Hon is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team in the kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking complete meals, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

We are looking for someone with attention to detail, who can work well under pressure and maintain a clean and safe working environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for cooking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
