We are a reputable healthcare provider seeking skilled professionals to join our team at our Milton-area facility.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per yearJob Description:We are currently looking for highly qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide top-notch nursing care to our residents. As an RN with us, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
Responsibilities:- To deliver high-quality nursing care to residents based on individualized plans of care and within the scope of practice as an RN.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ensure timely admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining resident safety.
- Manage medication supplies, follow protocols, and maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate and improve nursing care to meet residents' diverse needs.
- A Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree is required.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses is mandatory.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate are necessary.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential.
- Able to work effectively with others, respect residents' autonomy, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Medical clearance, including TB tests, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, Adult Abuse Registry Check, and Clear Criminal Record check, is required.
