Help Desk Specialist

Citi College of Canadian Careers is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
