Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at 12662353 Canada Inc. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Resolve conflict situations and coach staff members as needed
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication and time management skills
  • Adaptability and team player
