Job Title: General Construction Labourer

MARBEC BUILD-ALL LTD is seeking a skilled General Construction Labourer to join our team. As a General Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment:

As a General Construction Labourer, you will be working in a variety of locations, including industrial, commercial, and institutional sites. You will be exposed to outdoor and indoor environments, and will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
