Ventilation Industry Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ventilation Industry Growth Specialist to join our team at Broan-NuTone.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and executing sales objectives in a designated territory. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, contractors, design/build renovators, builders, engineering firms, and architects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in consultative selling and a strong understanding of the wholesale channel, including HVAC, electrical, low voltage, and building material distributors and showrooms.
Key Responsibilities- Co-own revenue growth and drive execution of sales objectives in the Territory and Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Contractors, Distributors, Design/Builder Renovators, Builders, Engineering firms, and Architects.
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct sales calls to present product solutions and increase sales in assigned territory.
- Support the Regional Manager in developing and executing revenue growth strategies aimed at growing Broan market share within distributor accounts.
- Work closely with Regional Manager to ensure rapid communication and success of new product introductions and other promotional programs.
- Be the distributor's information source for ventilation products that meet building codes and provide expert advice on product selection and installation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field.
- Up to 2 years of previous field sales experience, preferably in a construction sales organization.
- Strong business acumen and proven experience calling on Wholesale Distribution, Builders, Showrooms, Architects, and Contractors using a consultative and goal-oriented sales approach.
- A strong work ethic, hunter mentality, love of sales, and the drive to get out in the field and support existing business and/or pursue new business daily.
- Excellent people skills, effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relentless positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Valid driver's license.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
